Go to  Dashboard > Layout > Page elements > Add a gadget > HTML/Javascript .

Then save it.Done

You can change the distance of ads from bottom or right
Enter the advertisement code- Skyscraper  from advertiser.You can use code from Nuffnang,Advertlets, and so on .

Advantages using static ads

  •  2.visible upon loading of the page
